Cancellation & Order Change

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they enter their delivery and request data effectively before submitting it – we normally can’t cancel your request.

Our shipping center is extremely efficient and will place the order within an hour after your order is submitted. In this manner, requesting a location change or cancellation can occur before the request is shipped out.

If you want to update the address, please contact us (support@svintap.com) to adjust this information for you. In the case that the order has already been shipped, you will require to create a return or exchange after it arrives

30-Day Return Policy

We want our clients to adore their involvement with Vintap products. In the event that in the first month you decide that the item is not a good match or want to try another product, you can request a return authorization by contacting support@svintap.com. To increase the time of this request please include the following:

Be advised that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, the return item must be undamaged (new condition), and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.

If you believe that your product has arrived with damage or defect, please contact customer service within 30 days to return items of poor quality for a refund/exchange. Please include a description and photo verification of the damage in your email.

Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Vintap Products is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Vintap Products will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If Vintap Products needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee. If your item is a duvet or a sleep mask, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $10 restocking fee.

Warranty

We are proud of the quality of our blankets, therefore besides the return policy of 30 days, we offer 12 months warranty. This includes errors in manufacturing that lead to defects of the products. To be able to return the blanket, the defects must not be caused by improper usage of the customer (e.q. liquids embedded, cut, etc.). If you request a return please include the following:

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (UPS for US orders, DHL for Canadian orders) and a link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point).
Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment within the continental US. Orders for residents of Alaska, Hawaii are estimated to arrive within 10-14 business days of shipment. We cannot offer expedited shipping.

If your order has not arrived in over two weeks, please notify us at support@svintap.com. This may mean there was an issue in fulfillment/delivery that we can work to get resolved.

From our website, we are only shipping to the United States. We are currently working on expanding to Europe and Asia and will provide an update when this will be possible. However, if you have a special request please contact us at support@svintap.com

We do not ship to APO, PO and FPO boxes.
